Riglos

Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the Aragon region of Spain, Riglos is a breathtaking destination renowned for its dramatic rock formations and world-class climbing routes. The village of Riglos, with its charming rural atmosphere, serves as the gateway to the Mallos de Riglos, a series of towering conglomerate cliffs that have become a mecca for climbers from around the globe. The Mallós, as they are called, are characterized by their unique, reddish-brown hues and rounded shapes, some reaching heights of over 300 meters (1,000 feet). These massive formations were shaped over millennia by geological processes, resulting in a mixture of compact rock and embedded pebbles that provide both challenges and opportunities for climbers.
